Jason came to my house to make some repairs. He gave me a 6 months guarantee. His fix did not work and I had the same issue two months later. I ring him up and he tells me he will ring me back and book a time the next day. I hear nothing from him. I ring him back the next few days and his office and no one picks up the phone. Avoid this company. They do not deliver on their promise of guaranteed work.

We had a lot of little plumbing Issues for our house which we never got around to fixing for years and it was just before our son’s 18th birthday party and it was a perfect opportunity to get all the little plumbing jobs done beforehand.
Jason from Elegant Plumbing was very prompt, courteous, listened to us and did all the work in a whole day. Did a great job, even showed one plumbing issue underearth our house, that we were not even aware of.
His quote was just right and he was an excellent tradesman, knew his work and very communicative. I would definitely recommend him and will hire him again for future plumbing work.

After waiting in for 2 other plumbers (no shows) we asked a neighbor for a recommendation. After contacting Jason we did not look back. the gas heater job was quoted which was more competitive than expected, a bonus. Even though Jason had major projects on he oversaw his team who were quite capable. During the installation we found out that we had to have a galvanised roof replaced (100 years old) During this project we had severe storms and Jason and the team exceeded all expectations . Very poor experience. Promised they would turn up and didn't. When they eventually did turn up they promised they would come back to fix things and didn't. Never returned text messages or phone call. Very poor service and always had an excuse as to why they could not do something.

I have had a few plumbing problems in the past and have used Elegant Plumbing each time. The guys are always polite and do a great job, whether it's a leaky tap, something wrong with the toilet or stuffed hot water system .. you can always rely on Elegant Plumbing. Ran into problems with drainage as water was leaking under my mothers house. I spoke to Jason and advised him of urgency due to house being up for sale. Jason came out after hours that day to look at the job and quoted a very fair price. The next day he came back and did a job that i was amazed with as he fixed the problem. It is very rare that you will find a good honest plumber as there is a quite few shonks out there. He is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone.

What can I say, Fantastic Service, very friendly and was able to offer some handy tips for the upkeep. I would highly recommend Jason at the drop of a hat, he was able to replace my hot water system on the same day, hassle free. I will definitely be using Jason's awesome services again in the future. If there is one plumber you can rely on, then that's Jason.

Jason was the 3rd plumber i'd called (previous 2 didn't even turn up). He arrived on time, did the job within a couple of days of quoting and fixed problems other plumbers told me could not be fixed. Don't waste your time calling others, you won't find better for service, quality and price.

I have used Jason twice now - the first time to plumb our fridge so that we could get ice and water. He was on time, on budget and very friendly and helpful. The second time because of a leaky shower - I called Jason at 9am in the morning - he was at our house by 1pm the same day. Not only did Jason fix the leaking shower, he serviced all the taps, fixed the toilet and the vanity. He is very patient, polite, on time, and does a great job. I cannot recommend Elegant Plumbing highly enough.

Very professional, turned up on time, very honest and trust worthy I have used him a few times now and I keep his magnet in my fridge and is the only plumber I call when I have an issue
