What certifications, qualifications or awards has your business received?

Seb is trained in safe pressure washing techniques, soft washing systems, working at heights and chemical handling. We also carry full insurance for all exterior cleaning work.

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

Most jobs are quoted at a fixed price based on the size of the home and the level of cleaning required. No hourly surprises you know the cost before we start.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Prices vary depending on the service:

House washing starts from approx. $500
Roof cleaning starts from approx. $500
Gutter cleaning starts from approx. $200
Driveway/pressure washing starts from approx. $120

We always provide a firm quote after seeing photos or the property.

Are you a member of any professional / industry associations?

We follow industry best practices used by major Australian exterior cleaning bodies, and Seb is trained in the same methods used by top soft-wash and pressure washing professionals nationwide. We're members in the Manly Business and Northern Beaches Chambers of Commerce.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

Seb loves the before and after transformation. Seeing a home look fresh again and the reaction from the homeowner is what keeps him doing this every day.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Payment is made on completion of the job. We accept card, bank transfer and cash. Larger jobs can be split into two payments. We dont currently offer Afterpay or long-term payment plans.

What makes you unique compared to your competitors?

Seb does the work himself not subcontractors. You get a reliable local who knows the area, communicates clearly and genuinely cares about the result. Every job is done properly the first time.

What insurance do you hold, and what value are you covered for?

We hold full public liability insurance up to $5 million, covering all pressure washing, roof work, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Most jobs are booked within a week, but smaller jobs like gutter cleaning or driveway washing can sometimes be done same-day depending on availability. Just ask we try to fit people in quickly.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

One of our favourite jobs was a home in Manly where the owner thought the roof needed replacing. After a full roof clean and house wash, it looked almost new. They were shocked at the difference and saved thousands.

Do you have any special offers? Do you offer any bulk or volume discounts?

Yes we offer bundled discounts when booking multiple services together (e.g., house wash + gutter clean). We also run seasonal promotions for roof and driveway cleaning.
