Elements café is situated on the Mezzanine level of the ANZ Building, at the end of Collins St in Docklands.
There is plenty of seating inside and out. There is a huge selection of hot dishes from the baine maree, fresh sandwiches and rolls, as well as salads. The serves are quite generous and cost around $11.

You need to order at the counter, but the staff are fairly quick to deliver your order to your table.
You can help yourself to free chilled water from the filtered tap.
The only negative is that it can get quite noisy when it's busy.
