Gosh Cari, I see you have posted far and wide. We do have strict policies in place as do many small businesses nowadays. As mentioned on your other review... by booking with us, you agreed to these policies. You DID NOT SHOW UP to the appointment you made - then when we agreed to let you reschedule with no penalty - you tried to cancel and move the appointment again with less than 24 hours notice... I'm sure you can understand that this then means the business has paid for staff to wait for you to arrive twice... much more than the loss of your deposit, which we then subsequently kept, as per policy. (You should have been charged full price for your no show) The policies are clear on all bookings, and arranged through 'Fresha' who sets the options we are able to choose from. Also I am the owner - it was not me who messaged you.
