My sons & I were patients on Friday, 17/6/22, & we just wanted to say a BIG thank you to every person who took gr8 care of us right from the beginning of us coming & until last night when Dr Steve rang with our results. We felt soooooo appreciative of the way we were welcomed with our grumpy & tired behaviour - the front receptionist unfortunately copped most of it & settled us down & made us feel heaps better.

Arrived half hour before they closed but sent away as THEY HAD NO DOCTORS. the 1 doctor that was supposed to be working called in sick. Why stay open when there's no doctors? Why don't they update their website when this happens?

I took my elderly mother for xrays after a fall.

The receptionist called the xray people. They stayed after their closing time just for her. We waited for minutes rather than the usual hours.

This was a wonderful example of good service and we appreciated it very much.

My preferred dental clinic. Convenient location in Elizabeth. Lots of parking available. Private dentists. Must have private dentist cover or extras (to pay a lower fee) or cash on the day. Male or female dentists available. Great rates and quality service.

They have great doctor's, they specialise in all different field's, x ray is on site as is a nurse, generally not too bad a waiting time, the reception staff are fantastic, the only down fall is the place is unclean especially the toilets, consistently there is feaces under the toilet roll holders and dirty waiting chairs

I use this surgery quite frequently and sometimes find that the wait can be astronomical. But depending on the Dr you get it can be worth it. I have to admit that some of the Dr's are more worried about how many patients they can see in a day rather than the Dr to patient Experience.

I love the idea of doing a walk in with no appointment to see a doctor. i have used this service offen when unable to get to see my own doctor, great to have it there for the convineant.

I followed my doctor here from another practice and have found it to be great. It is a walk-in clinic with no appointments but you are still able to request a certain doctor. I've actually found the waiting times to be shorter on many occasions than at the appointment-only practice my doctor was previously at (probably due to mis-management of appointments at the previous place). My doctor is wonderful and takes as much time as is needed, you are never treated like a number or kicked out the door after a few minutes. Doctors fees are bulk-billed for all so there are no out-of-pocket expences. Reception staff are pleasant and friendly. Having pathology and pharmacy services in the one building are convenient too (as I'm sure the dental and radiology are, I just haven't needed them!). The centre is open quite late at night, 7 days a week which is very helpful. I drive half an hour to see my doctor and it's worth the drive!

I love the convenience and location of the Elizabeth Medical & Dental Center. There is no appointments. You just rock up and they tell you how long it will roughly be. Now for the kicker, there is usually 10 or so doctors on and quite often I only wait 10 to 15 minutes, but if there is a wait, you can go across the road to Elizabeth City Center and have a browse around.

I have been a patient at this surgery since it opened and have always had good service from here. It is good that it has xray facilities so that you don't have to spend hours waiting at the hospital for xrays. It's also handy that it has a chemist within the building so that you can get your prescriptions filled and not have to visit a shopping centre when you aren't feeling well.
