I use this surgery quite frequently and sometimes find that the wait can be astronomical. But depending on the Dr you get it can be worth it. I have to admit that some of the Dr's are more worried about how many patients they can see in a day rather than the Dr to patient Experience.

I found the staff to be both polite and very helpful. When picking out glasses I didn't feel as if I was having the "hard-sell" put on me like other optical places. Overall a great place to get new glasses with the added conveince of a pharmacy thrown in.
