Booked for SuperMum package they advertised for $129 for one week. It was 1H facial, collagen foot mask, 30 min massage, foot exfoliation as it was explained to me over the phone. They took $50 deposit. Before the appointment, I signed a form confirming that the detailsof the treatment were explained to me. Page, a new beatician provided quite a good treatment, however, in the middle of the session, when I was in a half-meditative state, she offered a choice of 2 masks, I left it up to her which one to choose. All was good until I had to pay. She charged me $119 ( $40 more), explaining that it was for the mask that was extra. It was an unpleasant surprise for me, as I signed up for the package and no extras were mentioned to me before the treatment. Walked out of the salon with a bitter feeling. I used to be regular client of Ella Bache Nunawading until the shop shut was down. Was always treated fairly there. Definitely won't return to Ella Bache Balwyn anymore.

I've had a series of facials here now. They are great, very relaxing and done within a lovely peaceful environment. My therapist, Amanda, is excellent. Her work is great, she is professional and her knowledge and advice is always spot on. Since I've been coming here, I've taken her advice and my skin is so much better.
