I have been going to Ella Bache Elsternwick for the past 14 months for all my waxing and spray tans. I never request an individual therapist, because every therapist I've had has been really efficient, friendly and always a relaxing and enjoyable experience. They always make me feel important, I always book at the last minute, in which the staff always try to accommodate me or ring me as soon as somebody else cancels. I love spray tans, do yourself a favour! They do the best tans ever! Thanks girls for all your great services before spring carnival. I have been having Brazilian waxing for 4 years, its not one of my most favorite beauty treatments to experience at the beauty salon. Lets face it kills and can be somewhat embarrassing. BUT - not this time, on a friends
recommendation I went to Ella Bache Elsternwick.
What a fantastic find from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable my
therapist Sharina was very skilled (i could tell she has done millions of these) It was the most pleasant, professional wax I have ever had!

I visited Elle Bache with a gift card and booked in for eyebrow waxes and lash tinting. The experience is fine, I needed to wait 5-10 minutes for my appointments. The therapists were very nice and made the experience comfortable. I am not sure this salons marketing really grabs me. You can sign up for great offers and specials - although I never seem to have time to take advantage of these. Overall good experience.

Had a facial at Ella Bache this afternoon. I've never had one before and I always find going to any sort of beauty salon nerve racking because I don't usually go and often the girls make me feel really stupid. My therapist Lucy was great and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. I told her I had sensitive skin and she checked my skin was feeling alright after every single product she applied. Nice ambience in the room and she wasn't pushy about product sales. Gave me a little booklet with all the products she had used ticked off and gave me some good daily skincare advice. My skin was very congested before and I can already see the difference - looking much healthier and dewy. Had e Deep Cleansing Express Facial Treatment (45 min - $60) and an Exfoliation (15 min - $20). If money weren't an obstacle I'd definitely go again.

Maybe it was the fact that it was at the end of the day and a few weeks to Christmas but I found the service lacklustre and kind of awkward. I barely got a hello and didn't get a goodbye and that was from 3 staff behind the counter! Unfortunately the quality of my wax wasn't very good either.
