Horrible service, made to feel like dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe, I will never, never, ever go back to this Business and have told many friends why, absolutely appalling.

Received gift voucher & booked appointment, treatment was performed in the front of the store while I sat on a foot stool, very uncomfortable. I asked if we could move to a room but was told they were all booked & as I was late this would have to do (I was on time, they made me wait 35 minutes).

Treatment completed very quickly by sulky unfriendly girl who did not smile once. Asked for top coat, this was done amid a lot of sighs & inpatient glances at her watch.

Once completed I went to leave (could not get out of there fast enough), was told full payment and extra $7 required for additional service. Staff outright did not believe me when I told them I had left the voucher when I booked the appointment. Told to "wait in the corner" while we check your story. My story confirmed by person who booked appointment, allowed to leave. I honestly have never been treated so bad, I was lost for words. After checking my nails I called the Store back & asked if they could redo 2 nails, was told it was too late (this was 20 minutes later), no appointments left for the day, would need to speak to Manager, etc, etc.

Decided I would just contact Head Office. This didn't go much better, they did not accept any responsibility or apologise for poor customer service, appalling. Needless to say, this is not a Business I would ever recommend.
