We have purchased 4 times from Amber, each time service has been great, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Greeted at the door with a smile and helpful advice, not just staff members trying to meet their sales targets. Have checked out other "discount" Tile outlets, but the service at Amber is second to none.

I try to shop local whenever I can, but this Newsagency is the exception to the rule. They have the usual Magazines and supplies, its in a convenient location, however the service lets them down big time. The older man and woman (who I believe are the owners) are surly, rude and just downright terrible at customer service. The other staff members are lovely, and could teach the older couple a thing or 2.

Have taken to buying my magazines in Coles or at other Newsagents.

Dinner for 2 adults & 2 children, Saturday night, arrived 5-30, staff too busy talking to each other to seat us, eventually I approached and asked where we could sit.

4 of 6 glasses we received were dirty, no offer made to replace.

Slow service, food was not great (steak was drowned in pepper, very hot, had to rub pepper off before eating), garlic bread was burnt, kids chicken nuggets were overcooked and hard. Expensive meal for a family of 4, would definitely not go back here again.

We were very happy with the service provided from the salesperson and Office staff, however after the blinds were installed incorrectly it just became tedious.

A manager came out and inspected the blinds and did the bare minimum to rectify the problems...
1/ Turning a damaged pelmet upside down so the dents couldn't be seen instead of replacing it.
2/ Telling us due to the size of the blind, levers could not be put on the other side, however they were on the other side side for 2 venetians (which were the same size).
3/ Telling me a bowing blind was not that bad and to just not shut it all the way.
4/ And his response to "we didn't want tie down brackets, we don't even know how that happened" was, well its on the order form so you must have told the salesperson you wanted them.

We have since had a blind removed and replaced, then replaced again as it did not close properly and was not straight. Again it was suggested that we just don't close it completely, however we bought and paid a bit of money for blinds that can open and close, are not not bowed and are level, not too much to ask I thought.

We now have blinds that do what they should, and we are grateful for that, however I'm not sure if I would buy from them again.

Went here for a dinner before heading to the Movies. Arrived with lots of time to spare, however service was so quick we ended up having lots of spare time before our movie started.
The food was awesome, fresh, tasty, and lots of it. The service was great, very friendly, never too far away but not hanging over you. Have been back several times and never disappointed. Top rating.

Food is always fresh, Store is clean, service sometimes let down by staff being a bit abrupt & pushy, pity otherwise this would be the number 1 Sushi spot.

Great place for a catch up, very friendly service, great menu, even little people enjoy coming here. Gets quite busy but service is still quick and efficient.

Not impressed with Great Cuts at all. Was charged for 3 hair cuts when it was only 2, when I enquired the staff member was very rude, instead of apologising she just walked away and let someone else deal with it.

I had to come back to have my hair recut as it was crooked, and I asked for a different hairdresser than the original person. While I was sitting waiting I had the original hair dresser giving me dirty looks the entire time.

The lady who recut my hair however was lovely, very friendly and apologetic, she checked that I was happy before she finished, pity i didn't get her the first time.

Definately will not be going back here.

Was not impressed with the attitude of some staff members.

Very handy for those late night Med pick ups. Prices are a lot cheaper than other Chemist's, we actually drive out of our way to Chemist Outlet as it works out so much cheaper than our local Chemist.

Staff are very helpful, always ask if we want a cheaper brand, provide advice on efficient use and storage of meds.

Very happy and keep coming back.

Very friendly service, staff are efficient and attentive without stalking you. Stock is well presented and a good selection, cubby house inside for little people is helpful also.

Never had a problem when shopping here and we have been back several times.

We had to cancel an order after paying a deposit and it was no problems at all.

Recommend Forty Winks highly.
