My car was in repair from January to June. Various excuses, a number of unfulfilled completion times and a car returned with unrepaired damage.

Upon informing them of the damage, they tried to blame the damage on me. The insurance confirmed via photos that the damage wasn't properly fixed and they allowed for an alternative repairer to fix the damage.
