I called up at the start of the week to get a quote. The office lady said she would call back and didn't after 2 days. So I called back again, when I notified that I was waiting for a call back, she got rude angry & used inappropriate language and started yelling at me on the phone. I got recommended from a friend for good glass but this office lady was very hard to deal with and very argumentative. I decided to go elsewhere. Would NOT recommend this place at all. the worst customer service I have ever dealt with

I just found Eltham Glass, after being done over a few times through my insurance company, I was pleased to find Eltham Glass provided honesty, good service and affordable prices. I will certainly recommend them to anyone.

We had a medium sized broken window replaced with safety glass. The gentleman was on time, efficient and very very tidy. The workmanship I thought was of a high standard.

When we moved in, we quickly found out the glass in this old place was so fragile. On two occasions in two days my young ones merely tapped a window and the thing broke! Both times the guys from Eltham glass came quickly, offered great advice and fixed the window with no fuss. The second time they felt so sorry for us (solo parent, boxes everywhere and another broken window!) they gave us a really nice discount.
