We engaged them to clear our blocked drains during the torrential downpours we had recently and they came a few hours later after the water had subsided but couldn't find anything after blasting. The next time it happened again he came out and we had to have the camera put through the drainage pipes to see where the blockage was and he found a piece of cement in the pipes. We were charged for use of the camera but not for the call-out fee the second time.
