My family discovered this cosy, warm and friendly place while holidaying. We were 100% satisfied with the Weekday Lunch set offered - a 3 course meal for $50, Each of our entrees was creatively presented, superb tasting and in large portions despite being a fine dining restaurant! Recommend the apple cider with crispy belly pork croquette. Steaks were perfectly cooked, balanced with the right amount of gravy and salad.

This place is so wonderful, the staff are so attentive and friendly the food is perfect and the price matches, I have been here quite a few times and I will go back many more. Just remember to book it does get very busy and its easy to tell why

Favourite restaurant for my wife and I. The service, food and ambience is the best in Geelong by far! We always choose this place first for any special occasion ( if we can get in as it is so popular).

I can not say enough about my dining experience at the Empire Grill located in Geelong . It was my birthday and my girlfriends took me out for lunch. The cost $25.00 for two courses, the food was beautiful, the service was fantastic and the ambience just lovely. On top of that as it was my birthday I was presented with a chocolate happy birthday plaque nestled in my desert (which was the best sticky date pudding I've had in years) topped off with a sparkler candle, a very nice touch indeed!
Seriously great dining in every respect for an unbeatable price.

A very good meal with a wide selection available ,all are good quality and value for money ,business is well conducted and managed. Been for dinner and for a wedding reception, very good on both accounts.

fantastic! we were seated on a small table near the bar tucked away in a corner, there were 6 of us dining together. we had a lovely waiter who couldn't do enough for us. the food was lovely and a little different. A friend had the soft crab for entree which i will order next time i go. prices are not cheap but for the service andquality i dont mind paying.

Caught up with a friend for lunch on a Friday. We received a warm welcome and immediately the high chair was placed at the table for my 22 month old son. Although he didn't use it as he fell asleep in my arms and was placed on the floor beside our table and slept for the next two and a half hours! The staff were so accommodating and nothing seemed to be a trouble. Had a fantastic meal, main and desert, could not fault the food at all. As it was my friends birthday they produced her desert with a sparkler and and a chocolate Happy Birthday message. Good wine selection, comfortable surroundings, very enjoyable, haven't had an experience like that in Geelong for years.

This is a lovely fine dining restaurant which is perfect for that special night out. Their steaks are devine and they offer a quite setting. Not really suited to family dining however.

this place has always had a great reputation and the meals there are very good. the steaks and the kangaroo dishes would have to be my favourite. it is located in the centre of town but parking can be tight when the bingo centre opens around the corner.

Dinner for 2, without the kids! What an experience! Quietly elegant, with subdued lighting and decor, and waiters who are helpful but don't intrude. The chef has a gift for sauces, and knows how to pair flavors! Our next anniversary will definitely be here!
