I was trying to find this hotel on a wet and dark night after spending the day in Sydney for work. I spoke to Sarah the assistant manager and she was excellent with directions. She also spent a lot of time getting the internet connection in my room sorted, went out of her way to fix and then didnt charge me. Had a few beers in the bar and meal in the restaurant all were great quality. I stay at a lot of hotels for work and this was one that really had good old fashioned service.

Ginger biscuit cafe is in a nice quiet shopping strip with plenty of parking and great for kids and mothers etc. Qualilty of coffee and food is very good and prices not to over the top.

Have been there twice recently first time was ok last time was terrible, the parmy was the worst i have had ever and the guy behind the bar looked for red wine in the fridge before telling me they are out of red wine, then asked for white wine and he said i think we are out of that too unless I wanted some from a cask but he didnt know what it was as it had been there for ages!!

I helped my brother in law buy a new Transit van recently and they did an unbelievable deal on this car and after calling the other dealers in Werribee etc they said they couldnt even get the 2008 plate car even though Gorells showed me on there computer ford had hundreds of them sitting on a paddock in melbourne. the price was then haggle futher and was at least 3-4 grand cheaper than i could get anywhere else. I can see why they are the biggest dealer in Australia they just know how to bargain.

I had to get some safety guarding for our factory and these guys were very helpful in every way with delivery times and price was also a good one to compared to others I have dealt with. The seemed to really know what they are talking about along with their new show room it was good all round

this place seems to be terribly slow for getting their food out on three ocassions i have been there. this is a pity as it is in a good location and seems to be popular still with locals and visitors to the area.
