I found them difficult to deal with, told me different stories couldn’t install my blinds because they were unorganised! Didn’t measure up correctly and left me with my windows bare for nearly a week without window furnishings as they kept telling me they were going to come and then they wouldn’t show up until 2hrs after the time you are told on more than one occassion! I DO NOT recommend them I should have gone elsewhere, the process was difficult and they put me out constantly!

Have had my 4th job done with email ire, I couldn’t ask for a better product or service, staff have also changed recently I believe.

Staff were professional and courteous from quote to installation.

Got a quote with a upto 40% off, i ordered Plantation shutters for 8 windows = $45,739. After a few calculations with the 20% off ONLY! included, the sales rep reduced the price to $36,591.20. I was pressured to make an on the spot decision which would save me a few more hundred $$$, I made the order late Nov 2017. Another company, using the same materials, quoted me their full price, which came to less than $18,000. it has been more then 7 months they still have not completed the initial work they commenced After I questioned the empire window furnishings sales rep for me to speak to the owner, but the owner is always busy! If there was an option to not even 1 star I wouldn’t have. Purchase at your own risk.

I asked Ray to put new shutters in my house just before Christmas. He organised this swiftly and his company did an amazing job with quality blinds.

We have had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed the experience which would have otherwise been a very stressful time.

My family and I highly recommend Empire blinds!! I heard about this company through a friend and was not disappointed and will recommend to all my family and friends.

Was told I couldn't have a copy of the invoice, took 3 weeks to get one!
No contact as advised. I chased over 20 times. Once the driver was late, second time the driver was in an accident. No on called 2 days after this. A month has gone by since I paid and still no 2nd check measure or blinds!

Empire furnishings is an appalling company. Never kept us updated. Waited way too long for our products. Would not recommend this company
