The sales person lied to us about the delivery date in order to gain our business. Our blinds ended up being delayed 3 times. 1st time they just said they hadn't been made yet. The 2nd time the installer's car apparently broke down and we had to personally chase up their customer service who were unprofessional and rude. They say all the typical things like "apologies for the delay" but do not mean it. Finally when we did get the blinds installed there was an entire panel missing! All up we were forced to take 3 days off from work to get the blinds and spent countless hours over the phone trying to chase up this company. I wouldn't recommend them
