We engaged End of Lease Cleaning to complete an End of Lease clean on our domestic rental property. The booking process was professional.We recieved email confirmation on what was covered and the assurance that they would do everything possible to help us get our bond back. Our property was in great condition, it had passed inspection the week before with flying colours. The clean was completed well with only the inside windows and tracks being raised by the Property Manager as not cleaned sufficiently. I contacted the booking agent at End of Lease Cleaning and confirmed over the phone and by email that these things were covered in the clean and that she would arrange forthe cleaner to re do them. From that point on, End of Lease Cleaning did not return my phone calls / messages, or contact the real estate property manager. It was very disappointing that this business did not offer the service they claimed to nor common courtesy.
