Dear Endota Eastland Franchise Owners,
Upon opening, your store was welcoming, the service was impeccable, the treatment... amazing. I was introduced to the Endota product and I still love it.
Sadly, over the last 12 months, I have left your store disappointed. You used to send feedback emails and they are no longer sent, and I have searched for another avenue of providing feedback, and cannot find one. Sadly, here it is so you are aware.

The last 2 treatments I have had, have been average. Last years, terrible! The girl who treated me had long nails which hurt when she massaged, she appeared rushed with every element of the massage and facial, my face was left very painful and tight, and she applied recovery balm to my eyes! The treatment was supposed to last 1 hour and I was given 40minutes. It was not acceptable. I have however returned, and most recently, again, no feedback form to respond to. This time, it wasn't quite as bad, but I will not be returning to your store at Eastland. Your earlier staff were amazing. All credit to them and their service and skills.
