The employees often start late which means you always end up by having a shorter treatment.
It also really depends on whom you get, I have had some good ones and some bad ones.
Unfortunately it’s not consistent at all and very often too expensive for what you get.!

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years. Started with some vouchers for massages then I ended up getting all my treatments done here. I have a regular staff member who is excellent and the other staff are all friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable for the quality provided. I feel extremely comfortable with any treatment I have had done there. Staff are very professional and trained well. The salon also has a lovely ambience to it with a lovely soothing environment provided. Also located in a great area - Pako street.

Very disappointed with the service here. I have a lot of massages and whilst I don't mind paying good money for good service, $65 for 30 mins which included being poured a water in a used glass and a 20 min massage instead of 30 because they were running late is very poor. I'm not a local but I would not return to this spa.

I had been given a voucher for my birthday for a facial at Endota. From the minute i walked in i was treated amazingly! I would say arrive a little early so you can relax in the waiting area and enjoy the Chamomile Tea. The facial was amazing, and i thought as i have a voucher they will load me up with expensive products to buy, but no, no pressure, just great service!
