We couldn't be happy with the experience we had with Energy Window Fashions. They were actually recommended by a friend; we decided it wouldn't hurt to get a free measure and quote (along with a few other companies). We were happy with the whole process, from start to finish. The sales rep was very friendly and highly professional. Ordering was easy and the range of options made it easy to find something that suited our needs perfectly. The roman blinds have since been installed and we love them - they look fantastic, frame the room perfectly and work so smoothly. Would definitely recommend to others and use again in the future.

Terrible experience after being sold into their product.

Initially, the company seemed quite professional, but how quickly this changed upon the installation. Windows were measured on 3 separate occasions by two different people (one inconveniently at the last minute and after an admittance of incorrect measurements in the past), yet much to our bewilderment - several products turned up in wrong dimensions.

The company still demanded full payment (they later compromised), despite the fact one window was left blind-less for over 2 weeks and several other items were incomplete. This was coupled with holes drilled in wrong places, cracked window frames from incorrect drilling and measurements of brackets, incorrectly cut cover boxes - a far cry from the company we met months earlier.

We got there in the end, albeit with a 0% discount offered and several weeks after the promised completion date and I for one, would not use this company again.

I recently used energy window fashions to replace all blinds in my house. They were very professional and flexible to work around my working hours for quotes and installation. I Albert happy with end result great quality and I would definitely recommend.

We just had Thermacell blinds installed by Energy Window Fashions & can not thank them enough. The sleek, minimalist fashionable blinds look delicate yet are very durable, complimentary & are energy efficient. The professional manner in which the entire process was handled was hands down the best I have every experienced, right from the initial email I sent requesting their free measure & quote to the quote it's self, followed by the installation of the blinds, not only do the blinds looks spectacular (big call) but there really isn't any other way of describing how they look nor the quality of the blinds & I must mention the entire process was so speedy, I never even had to make a follow up call. On ending, apart from not having a single concern the entire staff from Granville who is the reason why I opted for EWF above the other quotes, to Nicole & Sarah to, the owner himself, John who installed the blinds & was such a pleasure, have to be commended on their knowledge, professionalism & to me most importantly friendly manner.

Have had a few companies come and quote me for blinds for 4 windows in the living room. I found EWF in the Melbourne Home show and got them to come out and quote on the blinds. The salesperson was great. Arrived on time and gave some good advice. I decided on cellular blinds.

From order, the blinds took 5 weeks to be made. I was told abut 4 weeks, but that was ok. They turned up when they said they would and I am very happy with the quality. Will call them if I need blinds or curtains in the future.
