On our honeymoon this year my hubby and I visited this little bakery and we found it to be one of the best we have ever eaten from. The bread was just yo tasty and made a beautiful salad sandwich from it. We also got a couple of cakes to take back to our accommodation and they were so good! One day we will get back here.

great pies, great bread, great cakes, great pastries....in fact everything is great at this bakehouse and the choice is taste-alising.
now doing sandwiches, you can always get a good feed at this local delight.

this shop has struggled along for years and while the quality is fair it is not the greatest
over priced pies are dissapointing, the taste not a taste leader, but i will admit the cakes are good quality and varied
unfortunately they are branching into sandwiches etc., when perhaps they should be trying to improve their bakery lines

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS BUSINESS OFF AND ON FOR SEVERAL YEARS , AND WHILE I HAVE FOUND THEIR CAKES AND PASTRIES OK IN THE PAST, LATELY THEIR RISING PRICES ARE MATCHED BY WHAT I FEEL IS A FALL IN QUALITY

This is a lovely bakery. They do not have much by way of variety in cakes but they do produce some lovely thick sliced bread and tea cakes... Lovely ladies and girls working in there also.
