a great country hotel that brings back fond memories every time i pass through
a nice cool bar that evokes nostalgia, the beers are poured with just the right temperature and a cool, crisp taste that really goes down well on a hot day.
the pub meals are typical counter fare, the portions large and the cook definitely deserves his pay, his meals tasty and moreish.
i can't verift the accomodation, as i have never spent a night, but if it goes hand in hand with the rest of the hotels features, it could be well worth a stopover

a real old fashioned country hardware store, and while i only needed some nails and wire, i found plenty to browse amongst in this store.
a diverse range of choices to pick through, there were all the usual hardware needs, and a lot of surprises that bring back memories.
a little dear compared to bunnings etc., but the experience alone was worth paying a little extra, with great service and advice given

This review is for Barraba Bowling Club Chinese Restaurant, Barraba NSW

a nice dining experience at a rather quant chinese restaurant in barraba
nothing fancy, a rather plain layout, but the food was as good as i have tasted for a long time on our travels.
the entrees basic, but nicely presented albeit a limited choice
the main dishes were varied with a good choice, but what we chose to share were all tasty and cooked in a nice sauce that really tickled the old taste buds.
i would definitely recommend the beef in black sauce
service a little slow, but it was on a saturday nighjt, but the prices and food were worth a little wait

OUR LOCAL VIDEO RENTAL AGENCY WHO HAS OUTLASTED MOST OF THE SURROUNDING RENTAL STORES.
GREAT VALUE AND A WIDE RANGE OF BOTH DVD AND BLUE RAY TITLES, THEY HAVE THEM ON THE SHELF AS SOON AS THE MOVIE IS RELEASED TO DVD.
I HAVE BEEN RENTING MY MOVIE HERE FOR YEARS WITH GREAT SATISFACTION, AND I CAN ALWAYS FIND A MOVIE TO WATCH WITH THE FAMILY FROM THEIR MANY GENRES.
PARKING NEXT DOOR, AND SOME GREAT SHOPPING DOCKET OFFERS

A VERY DISAPOINTING EXPERIENCE AT THE PEACOCK TRATTORIA.
WE CHOSE THE CHEF'S CHOICE , A MENYU OF 6 DISHES CHOSEN BY THE CHEF.
TO SAY THE FOOD WAS ORDINARY WAS AN OVERSTATEMENT, THE MEALS VERY SMALL ON THE PLATE AND NOT VERY APPERTISING, A COMMON VIEW FROM OUR PARTY OF 8
ONLY ONE WOULD PASS MUSTER [ TO OUR TASTES], A RATHER NICE DUCK SALAD, THE SALAD CRISP AND TASTY, BUT TO BE FAIR , THERE WAS VERY LITTLE DUCK STREWN AROUND ON THE PLATE.
THE IRISH WAITER WHO ASKED WHETHER WE WERE ENJOYING OUR MEAL WAS RATHER TAKEN BACK WHEN TOLD IT WASN'T THAT GREAT, AND KEPT MAKING SMART REMARKS ALL NIGHT, EVEN FOLLOWING OUR PARTY OUT THE DOOR AND OFFERING ABUSE ON THE FOOTPATH.
AT $60 EACH FOUR OUR MEAL, PLUS DRINKS, THIS WAS A RATHER EXPENSIVE NIGHT, AND FOR WHAT WAS SERVED UP, RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED.
A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE

A VERY EXPENSIVE DRY CLEANER IN ENGADINE NOW THAT THE PREVIOUS OPERATION HAS MOVED TO SUTHERLAND.
THEY DO A GOOD JOB, AND THE STAFF ARE VERY PLEASENT, BUT THEY HAVE PRICED THEMSELVES OUT OF MY BUDGET RANGE.
$12 IS A LITTLE TOO DEAR FOR A PAIR OF TROUSERS WHEN I CAN GET THEM DONE AT SUTHERLAND FOR $8

Approximate cost: $12

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BATTLE THE CROWDS IN NEARBY MIRANDA FAIR, THIS IS A GREAT ALTERNATIVE, SEEING THE SAME RANGE OF MOVIES IN A FAR MORE UNIQUE LOCATION,
WITH A RANGE OF THEATRES, FROM SMALL INTIMATE 40 ODD SEATERS, TO LARGER THEATRES WHICH CATER FOR THE MORE POPULAR MOVIES.
SITUATED ON THE CRONULLA MALL, WHICH IN ITSELF IS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, THIS THEATRE HAS A LOT GOING FOR IT

This review is for Gloria Jean's Coffees, Caringbah NSW

verified email - 04 Feb 2013

THE SERVICE WAS A LITTLE SLOW, BUT THE GREAT COFFEE MADE UP FOR A SLIGHT CRITICISM.
A COMFORTABLE COFFEE STOP IN THE MAIN STREET OF CARINGBAH, WITH PLENTY OF SEATING AND A WIDE RANGE OF COFFEES AND LIGHT SNACKS TO CHOOSE FROM. VERY POPULAR, BUT YOU ALWAYS SEEM TO GET A SEAT.
THE PRICES ARE IN THE USUAL SUBURBAN RANGE BUT THE CAKES CAN BE A LITTLE OVER THE NORM

Approximate cost: $9

my lottery local, and since the new agents have taken over in the past 18 months the service has been impecable.
opening early for those on their way to work and a reliable paper delivery service has seen this business raise their profile considerably.
a bank of mail boxes and a range of postal needs gives another string to their bow, and the range of stationrery products, lotto, pools etc., and the wide variety of books, magazines etc., makes this business a great option when you don't want to travel uptown and compete for limited parking spots

visited canberra for an art exhibition and this was my first stay at the novatel canberra.
an accor hotel club member, i received a 10 percent discount, but i would have to say this was only a moderate hotel, possibly a 3.5 rating on my scale.
you pay for parking and the breakfast was probably above average with a goofd choice.
the rooms were clean and plenty of room, but with little view, over northbourne avenue at the front and the bus terminal at the rear.
plenty of lifts and a very attentive front desk, the hotel is in a great position, only a 5 minute from canberra's shopping mall.
not bad value, and a pleasent stay, and i would stay here again on my next visit, if only for the location

Approximate cost: $140
