I love that it doesn't 'smell' like a gym and this must be attributed to the staff who are always busy cleaning.

The centre is quite big which allows for its wide range of facilities. I personally have used the gym, pool and cafe areas and it is hard to fault. Great for large swimming events such as school swimming carnivals!

The personal one on one with the gym staff and personal trainers is great. They are very helpful and try hard to make sure I am happy.

This is a fantastic centre. It offers a 50mtre and 25mtr pool, both heated, a fantastic gym which now includes spin classes, yoga and all the normal health classes. The best thing is that if you choose a year long membership you can actually go to Sutherland and Caringbah Leisure Centres as well.
