Clean, quiet, soothing music and respite for mind and body. The IR sauna is fantastic; so much easier to breath than a wet steam sauna. Very, very relaxing. If you go with a friend, the 2/3 person sauna is great because it is a lovely opportunity to talk whilst you are enjoying all the benefits of the IR.
