I would never recommend this business, especially Kenmore. After they destroyed my hair and I asked for a repair the CEO called me to say I was banned from the salon. I stood up for myself politely ... my hair is absolutely destroyed.... and I was banned from the salon. Don't go near them. Especially the Kenmore salon where they through arrogant juniors onto your hair.

I have been very fond of your beauty salon since my first haircut, because of the exceptional, budget-friendly services you provide for your clients. My first haircut was with Emma, she is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. So I bought my sister along for her foils and haircut so that she could have the same experience as me. We came to your salon around 5 pm and had to wait for 15-20 mins but we didn't mind it. Fia was my sister's hairdresser, She absolutely butchered my sister's hair and her confidence.
Her customer service was very unsatisfactory, she didn't greet us or offered us any condiments, other hairdresser did. It clearly looked like either she was having a bad day or she was tired. My sister had to ask for her coffee 3-4 times before she got it. Its is not that she was busy with a customer but my sister could see her standing around chatting. It is not rocket science to figure the right developer for a client's hair. I understand every colour and bleach reacts differently with different hair but It was HER JOB to figure out the right one and get the desired results.

I showed her repeatedly which shade we were after but still got completely different results from everything we asked for. We went to the shop at 5 pm and left around 9:30 after everyone left. It took hours for bleaching that short-med hair length. This is highly unprofessional attitude has left me completely speechless. Your staff should always put the customer first, and they should always be polite if they don't know they should simply say no. A big thanks to wonderful Emma for fixing up some mistakes at the end. She saved that day. After the haircut, my sister hasn't received a single compliment instead of she is getting comments from her friends like "Wtf did you do to your hair"!!!
No woman wants to listen to this after a haircut.

I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take some action and train your staff properly before they butcher any other client's hair.

These guys ruined my hair. i asked for blonde showed them pictures and it ended up being light brown. The manger was embarrassed. I contacted head office and they gave me a refund. My hair still hasn't recovered.

Having had a hair cut only 4 weeks previously and being very dissatsfied with the result (on the basis of no style to it and and a continuation of other unhappy outcomes) I went to Epic at Newmarket. Matthew listened carefully and then nailed it in one. I'll definitely be a return customer.

Unbelievably great, consistent service at an affordable price - every single time! My family and I regularly visit the Norman Park salon. We're always made to feel welcome and never leave unhappy. It's obvious from visiting the NP salon that Epic's altruistic owner, Brendan Mann, leads by example. Exceptional care and attention is at the forefront of the Epic approach to salon service. Brendan and his team at Norman Park have managed to make me feel like a part of their family, which has in turn encouraged me to become a fiercely loyal Epic devotee! LOVE MY EPIC!

I've gone here a few times now for a haircut, and have never gone away from them feeling particularly disappointed. The prices are definitely not cheap, but the service is lovely and the staff is nice, and do their best to accommodate your style wants. Overall I'd recommend them, as there really aren't many other options in the Newmarket area in any case, when it comes to hairdressers.

I got my hair cut and coloured here in December and they did an AMAZING job. The staff were so friendly and really knew what they were doing. I couldn't chose the red that was perfect for my hair so the colourist created a colour for me that blended my natural colour with the red that I liked. While they're not super cheap (in comparison to say a Just Cuts or Color Bar) they are one of the cheapest salons in the Grange/Newmarket area.
For memory it cost around $100 for a style cut, semi perm colour and a moisture treatment.
