The Erindale Butchery is a great shop that has such friendly staff who have a good knowledge of their meat cuts (including cooking advice), have good value meat pack deals. The meats are usually well trimmed and very tender. The pre-prepared chicken and beef stir fries and also their casseroles are great too and handy if you are in a hurry.
