I went here yesterday, and it was by far the worst waxing experience of my life... WITH RIPPED AND IRRITATED SKIN AND TONS OF BRUISING TO PROVE IT. First they pulled off the skin on my upper lip and when I asked them if it was alright, they made up some story about how it would turn purple if it had pulled the skin off... meanwhile, my upper lip was redder than a beetroot. I even asked if there was something there they could put on it to soothe the pain and was completely denied... I think if youre going to operate a waxing/beauty service store, you should have access to soothing ointments to take down swelling? Next they waxed my arms, placed them in an awkward way and pulled the skin up, causing bruising and ALOT of irritated skin. My arm was heavily bruised where they pulled the strip and now it has those red/white bumps caused by heavy irritation of the skin. I dont/didnt get these bumps elsewhere, it was just their poor waxing technique. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They also kept missing spots and I had to show them (note, I have dark brown hair).
