I would recommend staying away from here. My daughter asked her to stop after they put hole in wrong place then pierced it to small. They kept trying to shove earings in that were to small. Then charged 166 dollars ? How can you charge that much. Disgusting !!

My mother and I went to Level 1 Essential Beauty at Fountain Gate to get spray tans. We went twice. We went for the first time and it was alright but then with me, I started to have a diamond shaped patch on the back of my leg. My mother went for the second time to the salon and a new staff served her. My mother had to teach the staff where to spray. I had to go back to get the diamond-shaped patch fixed and they took money from me and it still was not fixed. I decided to wait 8 hours to shower before I made judgment. It was still there. I called the salon and I inquired how this can be fixed. The management called me the next day and asked me to provide them a picture of the problem in which I texted them my problem areas. They offered me a half price discount to get this fixed which I didn't think was such a great offer considering I had an important event that day and I couldn't wear the dress that I brought for that occasion. The tan they use makes us look scaly, leathery and I am not sure if it is the machines that are at fault, or the operators. I previously tanned myself and I went to other salons and not once have I ever experienced my skin looking like I have vitiligo. I was expecting Essential Beauty to have quality staff and products but I was wrong. I am extremely disappointed and I will not be going back.
