I had waxing done here and my eyelids and upper lip were all burnt.I had a wedding to attend for a family member the following day and was covered in red angry eyelids and upper lip! I emailed with photo proof taken 24 hours after the waxing,a week later no response! I went into the salon and they phoned the management who was on a day off, they offered me points towards future service. I Informed them i was not trusting their service and didnt' want them anywhere near my face again and requested my money be refunded. This is not a shopping centre i generally go to, as it's out of my way. I asked if management could authorise refund over the phone. This was refused and was told management would phone me between monday or wednesday, the following week as it was management day off. Despite having just spoken to them! Not happy that I have to be the one inconvenienced, pay for further parking, when THEY burnt me and left me with red angry, painful, scabby skin on the eyes and upper lip, which lasted 6 days. The upper lip was still visible when I went into the salon requesting a refund 7 days later! Not even a slight apology or acknowledgment of the burns. Very disappointing customer service from management and the staff there. The first staff serving me was rolling eyes around as though I was being a hassle. Have been waxed for well over 20 years and never had these burns post waxing, then again I have never received such arrogant, uncaring customer service either!

I have been going to essential beauty frankston for the past few years, and it used to be a great place for waxing and all your beauty needs, but in the last year its gone down hill, the staff arnt nice and hardley smile, and miss quote you with prices, i liked my waxing, but i think it needs to go back to what it used to be, better staff and better environment. I recently got a peircing their and was quiet nervous about it, the staff who done it wasnt nice or anything and it made me feel even worse.

They are always very helpful and will always try and fit me in even if I walk in and don't have an appoitment. If there is ever a problem they will always try and recitfy it and will always find a solution. The store is clean and all the staff are all well trained and know what they are doing and can always give accurate advice. A pleasent place for all your beauty needs.
