Highly recommend! they arrived on time, where clean & tidy & resolved the issue that other plumbers hadnt.

Appauling company. Agree with the other reviews - DO NOT USE. They were employed to renovate my bathroom, four months later my tiny bathroom is not finished. They removed tiles that were supposed to stay, ordered the wrong tiles, replaced them with defective ones and damaged my bath and my floor tiles. They were not even positioned straight until I pointed it out. They refused to come back and complete the work until I gave them an ultimatum and its still not done fully. I'm about to hire someone else to complete the work. Worse still, the management rang me and screamed at me for not paying the remaining money even though the job wasn't complete. They also refused to answer their phone everytime I rang and then when I emailed they fobbed me off to someone else who was equally rude and is now not returning emails. Rude and poor workmanship. AVOID.

I don't recommend this business. When a leak formed in an aircon installation they did, the proprietor repeatedly evaded our attempts to reach them, tried to deflect responsibility, claimed to be unable to find the leak, and then ignored my request to contribute to the fee of the business who did promptly find and fix the leak and re-gas. Their lack of business ethics was evident throughout.

KEEP CLEAR of this company. Shocking workmanship, worst I've had in my long association with trades people. Management will not take responsibility for their workers poor workmanship or rectify the subsequent damage. I have had to pay others to have their work rectified to an acceptable standard. Difficult to contact.
