WORST ACCOUNTANTS EVER!! will never be using them again. No tax return. They couldn't answer my tax questions and still after a week waiting for them to "phone me right back". Very quick to take my money out my account though but can't provide a good service.
Terrible service from beginning to end! Took over 2 months to get my "fast" return. Extra fees were charged that I was not advised of. Oh! And I recently received an email to say that they received my NOA from ATO. Interesting that they only just received it 4 months after it was dated from the ATO (confirmed by ATO that they sent it in December 2011).
