A nice place to spend a few days. The cabins are clean as a whistle and standing on the front verandah, you are overlooking the Murray River. Beautiful views and very well maintained gardens around the cabins. Also very quiet for that relaxing holiday. There is a well kept walking trail of about 2kms to the Lock at Robinvale. There is a clean BBQ and pool area behind the cabins. The only downside was that the cabin had double-sized beds. Alright for 1 but not two. All facilities are available in the cabin and if you decide to eat out, the Sporting Club is only a few minutes walk.

After a memorable experience earlier in the year, we returned later in the year with another couple and stayed in one of the three bedroom cabins of which there are two. The cabin had a large roomy lounge and dining area with ample seating for six people and full kitchen facilities. The bedrooms were a little on the squeezy side but as they were used only for sleeping, it did not present a problem. Outside, facing the river, lawns and trees was a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing in the warm sun. As the cold night air came in, the heater inside provided ample warmth for a night indoors watching the telly whilst having a few drinks. Unfortunately there was not a private barbecue on the back porch of these two cabins but the public bbq areas just across the way were just as good when needed. The Euston club was just a short walk from the cabins if a flutter on the pokies is your wish, and if heading for the club on a Sunday you may be lucky to be able to watch a bowls match on the way. The club dining room over looks similar scenery as the cabins and the meals are of good proportions and a very reasonable price, served and attended by helpful and friendly staff. Great club, great cabins, great atmosphere, great scenery, what else would you need.

The Euston Club Resort is situated behind the Easton club. Reception for the Resort is in the Club foyer. We were booked into a 2 bedroom standard ensuite cabin of which there are 6 available. These are furnished with a double bed in one bedroom and double bunks in the other. Spacious lounge and kitchen area with full cooking facilities with micro wave oven etc and a colour t.v. A private barbecue area is situated at the end of the cabin facing the River Murray, with free facilities for the guests pleasure together with a table and chairs. There is a swimming pool and sauna across the way together with a communal bbq area. The Club is with in a short walking distance from the cabins. There is an access walking trail to the number 15 lock or it can be reached by a short distance by car. One small and probably insignificant fault was that the large t.v. was in the main bedroom and a smaller t.v. to be used for D.V.Ds only was in the lounge area but this small fault should not distract from the star rating given.
