Evenglide were very reliable and reassuring in their approach, and the finished door and canopy work quite well. One suggestion - Evenglide could review and upgrade the design of their canopies for a sleeker more contemporary look and finish, especially in inner suburban environments. Overall, a very good experience.

Despite supply issues with overseas components needed to accommodate unforeseen extras on my gate repair ( mini cyclone damage), they kept at it and completed their work professionally snd well exceeding my expectations.

Laki was very understanding of our garage accident and knew exactly what type of door we had through photos. He secured the garage when he came out to measure and is super friendly. The boys who came out to install were also very professional and efficient. Highly recommend!!

Evenglide built and installed 2 single doors for us. Laki came out and did the measure and quote.
There was a minor problem after installation, when I notified Laki he was out the next day and fixed it himself.
Would happily recommend.

We just moved into our new home and the remotes weren't working. Adam came out whilst I was at an appointment and waited for me to return. What a delightful man he is. He extended the release for me as I'm pregnant, mounted the wall bracket, and walked me through the full operation of the door. You exemplify true customer service, a true credit to your company.

Evenglide was not the cheapest, but they were able to meet my specification. They have used a quality motor drive and the workmanship is very good. The service from start to finish was professional and courteous. Nigel did a great job on the flush finish installation. We did the door cladding and trim. Very happy with the result.

Garage door failed and Luki made time to get to us that day ,assess and make door safe, next day returned and so we could safely remove 1 vehicle from the Garage. Inspection and quote organised quickly and job was placed as priority as main access to house. Fitter arrived as arranged parts replaced and door operational again . Thanks Luki.

After 5.30pm on a Friday night the day before going on our first holiday for 2 years our garage door failed.
After a quick google search I came across Evenglide and they could not have been more helpful. The problem was diagnosed between several photos and phone discussions, and within an hour I had a very efficient roller door expert attend and solve the problem. Professional and efficient. The door problem was resolved and we were able to leave to go on holidays the next day with a secure roller door in place.

A smooth service from start to finish. After contacting Evenglide to fix a broken garage door the service provide by the office staff was prompt, efficient and they kept me in the loop. Job was set for Monday. One part was missing so old door reinstalled and expected back Tuesday. When no contact by Wednesday PM, office had no knowledge of matter. Installation finished on Friday - four days late.
