After an incredibly frustrating period with the manufacturer of our door we contacted evenglide. Darren was the service tech assigned to our job. He arrived as he committed to- he was friendly and knowledgeable. He analysed the problems, fixed them and explained all that he had done. OUTSTANDING!!

I was very happy with the initial contact through Paul Gallaghar and with the subsequent quality and quick installation while I was out. The roller door itself is a great colour and is quiet and fluid in operation.
One suggestion - when you ask customers if they have power to the garage please advise this needs to be close to the door so the power cord can reach. I have two power outlets in my garage, so I answered 'yes', but both are at the other end. Paul generously stopped by on his way home to rig up a fix using an extension cord so I could use the door. He also did what was necessary to set up the motor - which I would not have known how to do - and showed me how to operate in a power failure. The cord was a good temporary solution until I had a new power point installed a few days later.
