Tuesday morning 10am session. No toilet paper in ladies toilets. All hand dryers not working Toilets looked dirty and unattended, soap dispenser empty. Hallways to theatres untidy. No staff to report toilet issues to.
After movie returned to toilet. Same problem with paper and hand dryers In theatre No 8 people couldn’t read the row and seat numbers
Not at all impressed
I went to Event Cinemas at Castle Hill to catch up with a friend who has 2 little girls.
We bought the tickets, my friend bought some things from the food area there and as we approached the place where tickets are checked a man came up and offered to store the pram. She was about to ask but he initiated.
All the staff are very polite and cheerful, also it was great that we went there when most people are working so it was nice and quiet. We had the cinema to ourselves.
It happens on a week day when it's not busy in the mornings and early afternoon.
The cinemas it self are great size and the sound quality is wonderful. A very classy area with lots of activities for the kids. I find this cinemas to be very above average.

I have been going to Gold Class cinema for some time. Love to put my feet up with a glass of wine and sumptious food. Venue cinemas have a great concept, and don't mind paying a little extra for a special treat with my partner. You can meet for drinks or a great coffee at the bar in the lobby too if a little early. Well worth it and I will keep this movie theater as my favourite.

Provides good entertainment for family & friends. Seating is good at the Vmax theatres but not so good at the traditional cinemas. Ladies washrooms need an uplift and cleaned more often.
A clean, comfortable and pleasant cinema to visit. Their VMax cinemas are well designed and the seats are well spaced apart. I wouldn't buy their overpriced food, but the cinema itself is fine.
A very clean cinema with helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a fun assortment of events throughout the year suitable for children right through to seniors. They also have various "clubs" you can join which allow you to take up special offers they have available from time to time.
Clean cinemas, always packed, great service, toilets are always clean too which is fantastic Very rare to see this,

My partner and i wanted a nice night out together with a good movie. we had no idea what was out, or what any of the movies out were like. When we went up to the counter and asked for suggestions, the man asked us what kind of movie we liked and suggested Fast and the Furious 5. he also mentioned that reviews on that movie were exceptional and suggested Vmax for only a small price more. We had an enjoyable night and Vmax suited the movie perfectly!

Event cinemas is quite new to me, and I did visit a little while ago, but I remember it being quite nice, and i liked the self service candy bar
What an amazing experience! We went to see the newest twilight movie on the first day it came out and the whole gold class area was decorated with a twilight theme. There were beautiful candles everywhere, ribbon and baskets filled with apples. The service is very good. The staff were really friendly. The seats are extremely comfortable and it is a great experience to see a movie this way! The prices are great if you go in the day time!

Great service and very relaxed environment. Quite big and welcoming. The cinemas are good and well kept, and the new lolly and drink shop is a hit with my friends! It has changed a lot from its past.
took the kids to the movies in the holidays and they had the best time. the food was great. the cinema was very comfortable and your view wasn't restricted, also there were booster chairs available for the kids if needed.
The VMAX cinemas are always clean. seats are more roomier and new. Nothing worse then going into a movie and sitting on a chair that is all torn. Turns me off the movie before it starts. Quality of movie viewing and experience all round is worth taking the family out to enjoy.
