Event cinemas are a regular haunt for us, yet they really need to roster more staff on. Lines are always huge to buy tickets and there is always a poor selection of items at the candy bar (which are always very overpriced). Actual cinemas are very good and the complex is spacious.
Approximate cost: $20
I love going here - there is so much choice and the staff are really good. I love booking online these days as it saves so much time lining up. Gold class is great too
NOt a bad cinema but the prices are higher then other cinemas the only thing i like is when they have fun days for the kids
Booking online is a must for these cinemas. It is the best way to get a good seat and not have to stand in line for hours. There is a nice space where you can wait for people you are meeting up with, with plenty of room and interesting displays to see.
I love the old fashioned experience mixed with the modern day cinema experience. The prices at the candy are are fairly steep but as to be expected at the movies and they are not to far reached and are fairly competitive with the prices
Approximate cost: $25
On line booking is the only way to go, lines are too long to just go to a movie on a whim. Reserved seating is great, ushers are good to resolve problems. Never buy from the candy shop, TOO EXPENSIVE! Family of 4 to go to movies is $100, would like better value than an hour and a half's entertainment.
Approximate cost: $100
great service and the staff were very helpful, whole family had a great day. love the new candy bar is set up
Approximate cost: $70
These cinemas are always packed out. They're expensive and the lollies from the candy bar are stale. Not bad as far as cinemas go - although I don't like the reserved seating. I tend to book on line so that I can get decent seats.
I've never had a problem coming here. Love going to VMax to watch movies, and I usually book my tickets online. The new layout of the self serving candy bar make it alot quicker to get your snacks and go in, but unless you're splitting the costs with a friend, the snacks can end up being pretty expensive (and possibly more than the actual ticket cost)
There is nothing wrong with the layout and the experience of watching a movie there but what let's it down is the lack of staff at the ticket sales and to buy food. We have been several times b4 when only one counter is open and it takes around 40 mins in total to get tickets and food.
Approximate cost: $14.00
I enjoy my experience every time I go to see the latest releases on the biggest screens around! The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. The only downside to the story is the ticket prices. The ticket prices keep going up, which tickles the pocket a little, but I am mostly okay to look past that fact and enjoy myself.
Approximate cost: $14

I get frustrated when seeing a 10am movie - the movie is supposed to start at 10am, but they don't open for ticket sales at 10am. The line can get very long then and the kids get frustrated in waiting.
