The staff at the Kiosk & express lanes are always great. Very helpful & agreeable to help with an exchange or refund, or any problem, very nice staff here.

I ordered FRESH Australian Barramundi for Easter. First delivery they sent me frozen imported Barramundi. They redelivered it, this time they sent me frozen Basa fillets! They redelivered it, this time they sent me OFF Australian Barramundi fillets! They redelivered it, this time they sent me frozen imported Barramundi fillets. They redelivered it, on the Thursday night before Good Friday at 8.50pm, this time it was thawed out from frozen imported Barramundi. So after 5 delivery attempts I gave up, I paid $64 for 2kg of FRESH Australian Barramundi fillets. Basa fillets are $7kg, frozen imported Barramundi is $17kg, all the redelivery expense & time etc. all they had to do was send me the fresh barra I paid $32kg for, but they could not get it right. The head office were great & tried to resolve the problem. I feel the problem lies with the store at Hallet Cove, they never picked the order to deliver it properly, plus the delivery vans are meant to be refrigerated, but the frozen fish was defrosted on several occasions that they delivered to me. Plus all the dairy items I had in the original delivery were warm, not cool or almost cold, but actually warm! Will not use on-line to purchase anything cold ever again. Will use them to have big bulky & heavy dry items delivered though.

Staff are wonderful, Teddy's are great. I have bought at least 5 of these for my 3 children & will be buying more for nieces & nephews this year, they are soft & adorable. Staff are helpful & friendly!

I have been going to Dare Hair for the past 10 years & would highly recommend them to anyone that is after a new hairdresser that offers service with a smile as well as a great cut & colour. The amenities are awesome, great seats at the basin, the best I have ever come across in my life! Great drinks service, great entertainment & great staff!

This salon has repeatedly disappointed me, I do not know why I think they will improve as they have not improved in the 10 years I have occasionally gone there. Even the male owner is hopeless, he did a pedicure for me years ago & refused to cut my toe nails! I was paying $65 for a pedicure & he would not cut my nails! He filed them instead, could he not find the clippers?

I have been attending this medical centre for the past 34 years & I can not believe the staff that used to serve me as a girl are still there, let alone the same Dr's. This is a sign of a good business, happy employees.

Everyone here is great, including the physios, massage girls & receptionists! I love the indoor pool and the Pilates rooms, wish they were not so expensive though. The gap used to be $11 for me with my top private cover, but they increased their costs & the gap is not $23, so I have not been for a year due to excessive costs.

Dr Ward is fantastic with children, he is friendly and speaks with the children and gives them time and treats them as people, instead of how some Dr's do not even acknowledge children. Dr Ward is awesome!

The staff turnover here is not a good sign that the business has happy employees. It is not really a Montessori Pre School as it is advertised as. It is really only a child care centre. My daughter attended from 18 months old until she was ready to start Reception in school & I was not happy most of the time due to the staffing trouble & the fact they they were more about childcare than teaching. If I could have changed to a real Montessori Pre School I would have, but circumstances kept me there with great trepidation at times.
