The chairs are quite compfy here compared to other cinemas I have been to. service was always good, but can get very busy expecially over the holidays or half price Tuesdays etc. popcorns always good and ya frozen coke and ice creams have been abit icey sometimes but hay it's ice cream. it melts

The chairs are of a much higher standard then most other cinemas around and the cinema itself is alot bigger. The staff are friendly and give great customer service. The only downside is you have to pay abit more then any other local cinema.

Enjoyed chairs and movie but pressed button for service whilst in movie in gold class and it took AGES! Enough for me to get up and go to the bar to ask for a drink which almost defeats the purpose of paying for gold class. Were not greeted when came in and service was VERY POOR! Hope they do better next time as I don't have any other choices for gold class.

This cinema is very new and the seats are very comfy. The movie quality is great. If you join Cinebuzz you get 10 points for every movie you see. 100 points and you get a free movie ticket.
