Chantal Grisanti offers private pilates consultations and came over to help my husband with his recurring neck and back troubles. She helped him get moving again with some gentle pilates and since then he's kept moving and leaving pain behind. Chantal is caring, knowledgeable, funny and passionate about what she does.

As for me, as an outdoor worker, I always thought that I would remain fit and well. However over the last few years, my lower back started giving me very regular trouble. After trying massage and chiro without any lasting results, I started attending pilates classes by Chantal. Through her guidance, my back troubles have now almost disappeared but as a bonus, I started toning up and, surprisingly, losing weight almost instantly. When teaching a class, she always encourages beginners to work to the best of their ability while still giving the more experienced people quite the workout! She teaches with passion, humour, experience and true know-how. I still love attending once a week.

I love getting my mixed box of spray free/organic fruit and veg once a week. The choice is a good mix of common seasonal staples with a few more unusual thing thrown in. The price is good considering that it's spray free or organic and saves me time in the supermarket also! There's a great option that if you have enough left over from last week, you can easily postpone your boxes if need be, online or by phone, easy!

I've had a few facials done here and the results were very good, They used Thalgo products on my and I liked them enough to buy them to use at how too. Most of the girls there were great. I also ended up trying electrolysis on my bikini line there a few times, at first the girls were friendly and bubbly, had the radio on too, then a bit more subdued, then one had no music and didn't talk at all and it was a bit painful what I was going through so a bit of a distraction would've been good! Overall, not bad

I went in for a facial, was treated so well by the girls, i felt very welcome. I had mircodermabrasion and my blocked pores cleared. This was a few weeks before my 30th birthday and I have to say, my skin looked alot younger than 30, and people commented on it too! After this, I went back and had numerous IPL treatments and they have worked well, there's barley any hair left where I got this treatment and it's now 3 1/2 years on! They also did a little electrolysis on a few spots and threw in a few zaps for free! Go here for good value, great service, friendly girls and quality treatments. Mark does alot of the tree work at Springbrook, including felling and stump grinding. Mark has helped fell, cut up and mulch some trees at our place. The value is great and he is extremely careful and mindful of safety, structures and the environment in his work. Highly recommended!

Tony has done work for me and many people I know. He does various tree works and everyone, including me, considers him great value. He works quickly and carefully. Good for if you're on the Gold Coast

We had Ruben come to our place and construct some raised vegie beds for us. He worked very hard, did a great job and all was done at a pre-determined good price. Highly recommended! He also does general gardening too.

Toni has come to see my garden and advised me on how to revamp it, what to keep, what to add and how to go about it. We decided to do the work ourselves but she could have done it for us too if we wanted. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

We had a concrete mix made to be poured into some big holes to stabilize some big poles for our shade sail. Very professional, on time, helpful.They were also very careful when working around our garden not to damage any plants!

They cut some steel to size for us, delivered on time, product was good quality and to specification, Friendly guys.
