The cinema I was in last night was disgusting. Not cleaned very well at all. Just glad the movie wasn't packed so people weren't forced to sit in areas where there was food and drink spilled. Considering the price we pay for the movie, it would be good to see a higher level of cleanliness.

love these cinemas, so huge and i love the staff. always great service there. gold class is fantastic, its nice to put your feet up and watch a movie in comfort. havnt been for a while but will make an effort to go very soon.

I took my daughter to watch Tinkerbell on the weekend and it was only $6 per ticket. That is great value when going to watch kids movies. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Love the booster seats too!

Very big cinemas at Westfield Garden City Shopping Center. Staff are always good with customer service and usually fast with serving in the upstairs food/candy area. Theatres are always clean with nice big comfy seats.

I love Gold Class but the meals seem to be getting smaller while the price is getting larger. The tables between the seats are really not large enough for drinks and food for 2 people. I had nachos last time I was there and not only was it delivered much later than requested, we were given no forks to eat it with and had to stick our fingers in piping hot cheese etc to eat them. I don't mind paying for the larger seats but they need to do something about the table situation. If going I would advise not to eat anything you can spill easily. The seats could do with a dose of Febreeze now and then too.

We rarely get to the movies due to kids, so the one time we did we had a cinema with poor quality sound. The entire movie had the surround sound cutting in and out and cracking. For the prices they charge, I would expect the experience to be outstanding and the equipment maintained.

Compared to the equivalent service in Sydney, the gold class in these cinemas leave a lot to be desired. Service from the staff is well below average, having to wait in excess of 30 minutes to order food and was of poor quality for the price paid.
The additional cost for a larger seat is not worth it, buy an ordinary seat and save the money for a decent meal after the show

Gold Class experience means I probably won't be returning to this cinema any time soon. My previous experiences there were quite good but the last session I went to was really disappointing.

Each cinema that I've been to has always been cleaned. The toilets are always clean and very hygenic. The service is excellent and everyone is polite. The whol environment is clean, inviting and overall good.
