When we bought our car we were promised that they provide outstanding service. From the moment we drove out of the showroom it went downhill. The usual " no fault found" statement was used continually for our repeated problems. Special conditions on the sale contract weren't met and we had to fight for them everytime. We were lied to as blatantly as telling me they thoroughly test drove the car yet the odometer had not moved more than 200m. When challenged they said it was test driven. We paid for leather protection but never received a certificate to say it was done. After asking for it many times, 3 months later I receive a document that was just written but back dated to the purchase date. They are liars and operate dishonestly. I recommend you be carful of their sales pitch.

Wonderful, friendly service from all staff. Great food and value. We will definately come here again next time we are at the Gold Coast.

We rarely get to the movies due to kids, so the one time we did we had a cinema with poor quality sound. The entire movie had the surround sound cutting in and out and cracking. For the prices they charge, I would expect the experience to be outstanding and the equipment maintained.

The staff were more focused on each other than the customers. They were arrogant and acted like we were lucky to be a customer. After paying premium prices for 2 take away coffees we drove away to discover that we had purchased 2 very poor quality coffees. It seems to be getting harder and harder to find people who know how to make quality coffee.
