I've had limited but longstanding contact with Evercare. Limited because it's been almost completely confined to Rafat's services. And longstanding because he's been able to keep a very unhealthy set of teeth functioning for a very long time. He's direct in his communication, highly skilled and up to date in his practices, genuinely concerned for his patients, and not above injecting a touch of humour when appropriate.

That works for me.

I have been coming to the Evercare Dental practice in Eltham for over 10 years and want to provide feedback on the wonderful family service that Dr Rafat and his dentist family provide for my wife and I. Today I had a crown replacement for an old tooth, which took only a week, due to the leading edge technology his practice uses. I believe his professionalism and care is truly exceptional in today's busy world, and is a reminder of how service use to be when a Family Practice as a GP or Dentist was what could be expected.
Very reasonable charges covered by Health Insurance and a warm friendly greeting from the Receptionist as you enter, and a super professional service from the Nurse and Dentist.

Dr Randa Attia is an amazing dentist. She has been treating my family for years now and thanks to her gentle and friendly approach, my children are not afraid to see the dentist. Dr Attia is very accommodating when making appointments and the level of service is of a very high standard. Dr Raffat is brilliant, he has a practice in Bulleen as well as the Eltham Center that I have visited. He is highly skilled and really cares for and gets to know his patients. He bulk bills where possible and gives a free professional clean once a year.
