Do not go any where near this company, if you can call them that. Same deal as previous reviews, terrible quality. Wouldn't fix the stone top I sent back because of the quality! It was rubbish. And I paid the balance before it was finished, so I had to get a proper kitchen company to rebuild and place in new stone tops. People you have been warned, I'm sure they will be on accurent affairs soon no doubt!!
I will be taking legal action also.

Undoubtedly the worst experience in dealing with a business I've ever had. Do not buy from these people. Whatever can go wrong, did go wrong. After a few months of considerable delays and a constant inability to answer or return calls and constant lies, I finally received some of the kitchen. Many of the panels were damaged, parts were missing etc. they came and took the parts away. Then after more lies, weeks of waiting and not being contactable I finally had to go and pick up the missing pieces. Again some parts were still missing. I made a deposit via bank transfer. Asked for a receipt and never got one. Because electronic funds transfer takes 24 hours to clear I received a call prior to this and got abused. I was told that I was a crook and threatened. The next day when the money did clear I did not get an apology. After more weeks of the same pain I finally received some missing panels. Again one was damaged. I returned it. Further waiting and pain I recorded the missing panel only to be the wrong colour. In the mean time they were demanding filial payment even though I had a damaged and incomplete kitchen. I was threatened with legal action and one of them had threatened to visit me with a friend to get the money. I made it clear that it was illegal to step onto my property without consent and I would call the police. I received further abuse and even physical threats. I finally paid for and fixed the issues else where. I reported them to consumer affairs. They simply have no idea how to run a business or treat people. Incompetent, unapologetic and threatening physical harm. What else can I say. Stay away.

Same experience with David and the other buyer. Cheap quality and no assembly manual. Very difficult to contact the seller. It took hours for our experienced carpenter to install the unit. He had to cut the stone, drill a hole on the stone, replace the sink drainage and the hose (definitely want to replace the sink as well but we could not get the same size), add another piece of timber between the waterfall and the cabinet, add 4 more adjustable legs, replace the kick board... to make the unit looks right! But still not exactly right!!! Horrible!!!

Dear buyers,
I like to write this to worn other buyer to be cautious, I do not
recommend this company trade under “ EVERLAST
KITCHENS Pty Ltd” or under the name like “Ki Kitchen Innovations”, You will loose your money
and will not get what they advertise for. And they are very hard to contact, they slow
in responding and finishing the job.

I paid this seller a deposit $1500 in April, I
was told they will finish the job in 4 week or max 6 week (very standard time),
I am in week 19 now, and there is no sign of the kitchen. I have being misled with fake photos
of the kitchen and how it was loaded on the track. I cannot believe a trade man can go that far in misleading in Australian
and still be able to run a business.

Because it was taken too long I had to travel from Sydney to Melbourne
to push the job. I found out another unfaithfulness of the job. I found out they are not a kitchen maker,
they buy the cheap quality made overseas and sell it back to us
as Australian made, and Italian stone/marble.

When you get
upset with them, they hide and they don’t answer phone or email. Also the trade man uses different names, they
never give you receipt; they do not have a business sign on their hardware.

I took legal
action against the business and will demand my deposit back. Also I reported
him to ACCC, consumer Affair Victoria, and writing this review to let every one
know. I will not stop uncover similar business in Australia.

Hi is right, same thing happen to me, I paid him deposit $1500 in April and he suppose to finish the job in 4 week or max 6 week, I am in week 18 now, and there is no sign of the kitchen. I took legal action against him. He is a lier, he told me he make the kitchen him self, but it is chines product and he buy and sell it back. It is hard to get in touch with him, and he always come with another excuse. Do not buy from him.
