I purchased a voucher for ipl through Groopon. I have had 7 appointments so far but have only been attended to twice due to machinery breaking down, staff being sick appointments which are written on my card not being in the book and the latest was an sms saying they could not do my treatment at the moment but I could reschedule at Brighton. My first appontment was last September and have tried to book first available each time it has been cancelled

I have had exactly the same sort of experience with this company. Really really disappointing. I want to warn everyone who see these vouchers in Cudo etc NOT to buy them (they are still selling them!!!?!?)
