I was very disappointed by Glenis and her teams lack of professionalism. Glenis arrived 2 hours late for quote, no apology. No show for booked day!! Received message a day later that service would be a day later with no apology from Glenis so I cancelled service. I would have expected a phone call as unexpected circumstances can impact on service, and I would have gone ahead if a courtesy call had been given to me but no call and no apologies.
Expert Tree Services may have good prices but your customer service is woeful.

Adam and Joe did a great job yesterday trimming back a large box elder tree overhanging our fence and roof, as well as a bottlebrush overhanging our roof. Very friendly and professional service, taking great care to do exactly what we wanted. Also, an outstanding cleanup after the job was completed. Highly recommended.

Adam was really friendly and was able to provide good information for our bamboo problem. He advised us to poison the bamboo ourselves to save money and all we ended up paying for was his stump grinding service in the end. Really friendly and professional guys would recommend to anyone with a pesky tree problem!
