I bought a EPE Carina 65L rucksack and after a few years use the chest strap buckle broke. The rucksack itself was one we really loved and used for Duke of Edinburgh hikes. contacted the retailer who eventually put me in contact with the manufacturer, Explore Planet Earth. I got an immediate reply to my emails and after 2 days was sent a replacement rucksack. Amazing service.
