Was very satisfied with my hair being trimmed not much off.
What confused my friend and I both pensioners was charged $25.00 and it advertisers Senoir cuts Mon to Friday $20.00
Didn't mind paying the $25.00 .but my question is change the sign as it's misleading and false advertising

I went to the Westfield store and had the worst haircut of my life. Completely awful! I now need to go and pay another hairdresser (I won't be scrimping this time) to try and fix the botch job. Do yourself a favour and DON'T GO THERE!

This review is for the Corio store. I took my daughter to get her hair cut and brushed. We waited our turn (35mins), to be told that they didn't have time to brush her hair as they were closing soon. This was at 4.35. Their website says they close at 7 on a Thursday. Not only was the woman rude when saying it, she also embarrassed my nine year old daughter as she said it loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. As far as I'm concerned, they are second rate hairdressers and I will be telling everyone I know not to go there.

The worst hair cut of my life. Staff wasn't pleasant. I told her I need a proper cut and ill pay for it don't do the clipper cut.
Instead i have a hole at the back side, which was pointed out by my partner. I wish I could post a photo here.
I doubt if she was qualified but her confidence was at the roof.

$35 for 2 kids haircuts! Both done in under 10 minutes. Which I wouldn't have minded if it was a respectable job, but I would have been better off handing my 4yo some scissors, letting him go for it and saving my $35. Such a woeful cut I'm seriously questioning if she was even a qualified hairdresser - stay away! Now I'm going to be more out of pocket taking him to get it done properly.

I was planning to stop at another hairdresser on my way home after a meeting once and instead nearly walked past express cuts and ended up having my hair cut there instead. The hairdresser cutting my hair took a lot of time and effort to do what was a fairly basic cut and I appreciated her going the extra distance with her service and friendly conversation. Good price and my hair was cut straight which hasn't happened with some other hairdressers I've visited!

I have used these guys a few times and I have quite happy with their service. Upon entering the salon you are asked what you will be getting done on the day and the prices for all the cuts are clearly displayed upon entering the store. Prices are competitive and cuts are exactly as you ask them to cut your hair. They also provide advice if and when you ask them in a friendly manner. I would recommend anyone to visit them for a style cut.

would be an advantage to book an appointment but for most of the time the wait is between 15 => 20 minutes
