Would just like to give a shout out to the lying cheating people at #ERexpressrepairs
They said they would replace my rear bumper bar with full new and repair the damage. After having the thing for a week they call me and say they are only repairing it and only part of it because they think they shouldn't have to replace other worn parts (even though they are damaged)
A massage hassle running back and forth to this smash repair and then taking my car for a week and then lying about what they will do.
They have billed the #NRMA For all new parts and pocketed the money and are then trying to repair to make extra cash.
DISHONEST BUSINESS.

Service is average. Never received any updates after I dropped my vehicle off, if you call with a private number they never pick up, and their line is really busy so I had to call at least 5 times to get through.

Received multiple reasons for delay, including that Honda delivered the wrong parts or Honda doesn't have parts. Overall, the job took two weeks which is alright for a common vehicle such as mine however, I would have appreciated calls to my number or text messages left instead of me trying to chase them up to see if my vehicle is available for collection. They also said they attempted to call me 3 times but I never received any missed calls. The reasons they give could be genuine but I guess I'll never find out.

Staff are friendly and courteous, always happy to assist if you can get a hold of them, the place is difficult to get to but they arrange a free cab if you go through them with NRMA. They manage quite well for a place so packed with customers.

would NOT recommend at all. took 4 weeks to fix, got my car back with dents still on it. car was scratched. not happy. they took my car for another 3 weeks.

Express Repair are excellent , they fixed my car and they did a fantastic job. tara kept me up to date through out the whole process, I would recommend them 10/10.

I have used Express Repairs 3 times and they are fabulous. Tara is always so happy and helpful. The job they do is great.

When some careless driver reversed into my car without looking and caused some front end damage, I was advised by my insurance company to bring my car to this workshop for repairs last month.

This workshop is massive, with alot of staff onsite working on many other vehicles. Ebby and Tara were great and reassured me every step of the way. I got regular phone calls to let me know the status of my car, and how progress was coming along.

After 5 days my car was ready and I was really impresses with how well the repairs looked, loved the fact they even vacummed and cleaned the car as well. Bonus!

But a few nights later I was driving home about 6pm and noticed my front headlights were connected (luckily was only a shirt drive home) but I called them the next day and they happily allowed me to bring the car back in to have the headlight bulbs reinstalled and checked the wiring and connections in the car! Took less then 15minutes and they apologised for the mistake on their part!

Other then that am very happy with the Customer Service I received from the staff and the wonderful work done on my vehicle.
