Undertook a courtyard renovation for my mothers townhouse. Site preparation left us with water draining towards rather than away from the house, pooling water and drainage problems which eventually killed all the turf. We have had no response despite multiple requests for support, and have had to get a builder in at great expense to rectify. Not recommended.
